1. SCHEDULE
Check-in time is from 16:00. Check-out must be done by 11:00 am. Early or late check-in and check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost. Requests must be made as soon as possible and will only be effective with authorization from the Administration.
2. IDENTIFICATION OF GUESTS
Upon check-in, it is mandatory to present a valid original identity document with photo and, in the case of direct booking, delivery of the deposit. In case of failure to present the documents and the availability of the deposit, the Administration reserves the right to prohibit access to the accommodation in a justified manner.
3. PAYMENT METHODS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation can be cancelled/changed 30 days before the arrival date, without additional costs. Any cancellation or change after this period implies the charge of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show or early departure, the reservation will be charged in full. 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation. The remaining amount will be charged during the 30 days prior to check-in at the property. Reservations made within 30 days prior to entering the accommodation will be charged in full at the time of confirmation. If it is not possible to carry out any scheduled charge in accordance with the accepted booking conditions, it may be cancelled without the right to a refund of the amounts already paid. Reservations can be paid by cash, bank transfer or other previously agreed means.
4. AGE AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY
Accommodation for adults. Children from 12 years old can stay with their parents or legal guardian. The rooms admit a maximum of two people and a baby.
It is not allowed to host unregistered people and beyond the number established per apartment.
5.BREAKFAST
Self-catering apartment.
6. BED LINEN AND BATHROOM
We provide guests with high quality bed and bath linen, 100% cotton. Due to our ecological conscience, we ask you to reuse your towels.
7. CLEANING SERVICE
Cleaning service is free and available for bookings of more than 7 nights. The day and time of the intervention will be previously scheduled with the guest and according to the convenience of both parties. This service is not optional.
8. DUTIES OF GUESTS
Comply with apartment rules. Respect service schedules: check-in, check-out, and cleaning. Respect the quiet hours, between 22:00 and 08:00. Take care and respect the assets in the apartments and condominium, which are made available to the guest. Respect service personnel and their working hours. Communicate with the management team whenever you find any irregularity in the contracted service.

It is the sole responsibility of the guest: The care and safeguarding of personal objects or documents such as passports, credit cards, jewellery, electronic devices, suitcases, or wallets. Make sure to close doors and windows when leaving the apartment, as well as the access doors to the interior of the building, when entering or leaving it. The surveillance of your vehicle parked on the public road.
The Administration declines any responsibility for the loss of money, documents, or other valuables.
The Administration is not responsible for damages or thefts of vehicles parked on public roads, or for damages caused by natural phenomena, because of floods or fires or by acts of vandalism practiced by third parties.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the stay and request the vacancy of the apartment when it is verified that it is being used by people who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or practicing potentially illegal activities, as well as violent or disrespectful behaviour in gestures or words of any kind.
The Administration reserves the right to prohibit access and accommodation to anyone who proceeds inappropriately or contrary to the Terms & Conditions established in this document.
