Accommodation for adults Age Policy and Extra Beds: The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. Children over 12 years old can purchase with their parents or legal guardian. The rooms admit a maximum of two people and a baby. Each apartment has a different occupancy capacity, and each case must be considered. Check-in time: From 4pm to 7pm Check Out Time: From 9 am to 11 pm Please let us know your timetable. Check-in and Check-out outside these hours are considered SPECIAL REQUESTS, subject to availability and may incur an additional cost. Requests will only be carried out through authorization. Guests must respect rest hours and minimize noise between 10pm. and 8 am Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted outside designated areas. Animals are not allowed. Breakfast: Self catering apartments, no meals are served. Documents to be presented at the time of Check-in: it is mandatory to present a valid original identity document with photo and payment of the deposit, if the reservation was made directly. the deposit will be refunded at check out, after checking the apartment. Cancellation Policy: The reservation can be suspended/changed up to 14 days before the arrival date, without additional costs. Any cancellation or change after this period implies the charge of the total amount of the reservation. In case of non-comparison or early departure, the reservation will be charged in full. 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation. The remaining amount will be charged during the 14 days prior to entering the property. The Local Accommodation Registration Number can be found next to each apartment.
