GIVEAWAY VALENTINE'S DAY 2021

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contest / Giveaway organized and published on instagram at @portassvicente

1. The terms and conditions of the competition / Giveaway are in Portuguese and English

2. Entry to this competition / Giveaway is international and free and no purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your likelihood of winning.

3. This competition / Giveaway is not sponsored, financed, administered, nor is it in any way associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social network.

4. The Giveaway will take place on Portas São Vicente's Instagram page at @portassvicente and only one winner will be announced in the competition / giveaway.

HOBBY / GIVEAWAY DURATION

The competition / Giveaway opens Tuesday, February 9, 2021 starting at 7:00 pm (Lisbon time, Mainland Portugal) and ends Sunday, February 14, 2021 at 3:00 pm (Lisbon time, Continental Portugal) ). The winner will be announced at 4 pm in the original publication.

PARTICIPATION RULES

For the participation to be valid, it will be necessary that the participant complies with all the rules of this Contest / Giveaway that are mentioned below:

1. The Competition / Giveaway is open to any individual, over 18, residing in Portugal or abroad.

3. Participation in the Competition / Giveaway, consists of:

a) Comment on the (original) publication and identify 2 friends. Another text will not be counted.

b) Each participant must follow the page @portassvicente

c) Like the original publication

d) BONUS: In order to have a better chance of winning, the participant can choose to share the photo in their stories identifying the page @portassvicente (without identifying the page in the story, it will not be counted)

e) Each participant can participate as many times as he wants as long as he always identifies 2 different people.

Participation must be made as a comment, exclusively in the original publication of the hobby / giveaway. Any contribution sent by another means will not be counted.

4. The winner will be chosen at random through the website https://sorteiogram.com/ entitled to appeal.

5. After the winner has been announced on the Instagram @portassvicente page in the original publication, he will have to contact the person in charge of the competition organization, through a private message on the Instagram @portassvicente page in order to be able to proceed with the award.

The winner will have to prove his / her Age and Country of Residence by showing a copy of a valid identification document or another document that is considered suitable (by means of a private message that will then be deleted).

The winner must send his email contact to send the final prize.

6. When providing all the data requested in this competition, the participant declares his acceptance, in full and without reservations, of the terms and conditions described in the regulation of the page.

7. The data provided will not be used for any type of promotion or sending information. They will be treated only for registration as a prize winner.

PRIZE DISCLOSURE AND RECEIPT / GIVEAWAYS

1. The winner will receive 3 days and 2 nights at Sunset Beach House in Ericeira, Portugal for two people.

2 The stay at Sunset Beach House does not include the transfer / trip if the winner lives outside Portugal, nor meals.

3. If the winner does not claim his prize within 3 days, the prize will be awarded to another person, selected again at random.

4. Fake Instagram accounts / profile pages for giveaways, hobbies, games, and companies cannot participate.

5. When entering any Giveaway, participants are required to agree to the general rules contained in this document and other specific rules to be mentioned in the Giveaway itself.

6. The prize will be sent in the form of a voucher by email that can be used on a date chosen by the winner with a validity of 1 year, excluding festive seasons such as Easter, Christmas or New Year.

7. Any participant who does not fulfill these conditions or refuses to observe them will be disqualified without prior notice.

8 The dates must be set from our email: portassvicente@gmail.com at least 1 week in advance.

At Check In you will be asked to sign the term of responsibility and a security deposit of 300 €, RETURNED at Check Out after checking the apartment.

ILLEGAL ACTS

1. Portas São Vicente will denounce to the Instagram and Facebook entities all participants who commit illegal acts.

2. For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, “unlawful acts”, namely, the following acts:

a) Messages that call for racism, xenophobia, or any other type of discrimination or prejudice of any kind.

b) Offensive, violent, or sexual messages.

c) Creation of routines or subroutines, by computer means, which can distort the real nature of the Competition / Giveaway.

d) Defamation, injuries, threats and / or abuse of the name and / or image of the users of the page and / or the reputation and prestige of the company and / or other industrial property rights.

e) Use of the page for political, religious, or commercial purposes.

f) Publication of repeated and non-constructive messages.

g) Public order disturbances that include, for example, spamming, sending unsolicited or current commercial letters by private or public messages, presentation of illegal pages, flooding, among others.

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

1. Portas São Vicente reserves the right to suspend or change, at any time, this regulation, whenever it deems necessary, becoming the effective changes after its publication on the Portas São Vicente website.

2. Participation in this competition / giveaway implies the acceptance by participants of the terms and conditions provided for in this regulation and the authorization granted by each participant to Portas São Vicente, with a view to disclosing his name if chosen as a winner.

3. Any violation of this regulation may lead Portas São Vicente to not award the prize to the infringer.

4. The prize awarded is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.

5. Portas São Vicente will not be responsible for contributions not received, not recognized or not received correctly or in a timely manner.

6. Portas São Vicente will not be responsible for the impossibility of participating in the action due to network failures or errors, for the impossibility / difficulty of accessing or not having access to the hobby application on Facebook and Instagram, nor about its compatibility with the operating systems, computer programs used to access the Internet, respective terminal configurations and / or internet access capacity of participants in the competition or users of the application.

7. Portas São Vicente respects the legislation in force on the protection of Personal Data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”).

8. By participating in this competition, the participant declares, under the GDPR, that he gives his consent for the collection and processing of his personal data.

9. Although Portas São Vicente strives to ensure the highest possible security in the collection of the requested data, the Internet does not allow security guarantees and, as such, we cannot guarantee complete security, at the risk of the data provided being seen, used, or altered by unauthorized third parties.

10. All activities, even if in an attempted manner, that aim to obtain an advantage through acts that do not respect or that distort the objective of the present action will be considered illegal, reserving the right to cancel and / or exclude Portas São Vicente the corresponding participants.

11. Portas São Vicente cannot be held responsible for any interruption of the Hobbies, due to technical problems or problems that are beyond its control.

12. The rules contained in this regulation are intended to regulate the relationship between Portas São Vicente and the participants in these hobbies, without prejudice to the application of the rules specific to Instagram and Facebook, namely the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy of even, that the participants must know and that they are available on any Instagram and Facebook page.
